      <description>&lt;P&gt;In the app select customers find the customer in question click on the name and find loyalty summary click on the three horizontal dots ...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and see Send Status. That's how you text the customer the star count.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;René&lt;/P&gt;</description>
