Do the Loyalty points work with invoicing?

I run my business mainly via invoicing and would like to implement a loyalty program using Square. Do the points also apply to the invoicing portion as well?

Hi @Stacie2010. Yes, and no. First, here’s the link to the Square Help article on Square Loyalty. I’m including a screen shot below to hopefully answer your questions. But the gist of what I found is:

As long as the customer is a Loyalty customer, they will receive points for items purchased via invoicing.
Buyers can NOT redeem points through invoice payments at this time.
