Help with Email Marketing - I am missing something.

I need help. I am currently a Plus plan member. I'm just getting started with the email marketing features. Every time I go to set up an automated email, it tries to charge me $15.

Am I missing something? I thought this was included with my plan? That's the way it shows up on my plan comparison screen.

I've looked through to many posts and articles and cannot find definitive information about this that is current.

All help (especially links) welcome! Thanks in advance.

What plus plan are you on? Marketing I believe has its own set of pricing based on the amount of customers that you have in your directory, and i'm not sure if any plan has the marketing aspect included with it. This link is for the Square for retail which I'm not sure if you are on that Plus plan but even then it still charges for marketing based on customers.

If you do have a marketing included of $15, and possibly you are trying to send more than 500 emails per month, maybe that is kicking you up to the next tier?

Squares ecosystem is pretty large so keeping up with all the different plans and pluses can be tough to navigate for myself.
