Square Loyalty In-Store with Loyalty App on different eCommerce Platform?

For those of you who use Square PoS or Square for Retail at your brick & mortar locations along with Square's loyalty program, if you are on another eCommerce platform, what do you do for loyalty rewards for your online store? Ideally, looking to keep everything synced up together whether that's with an app or maybe something through Square's Loyalty API. Has had anyone had success doing something like this, or have any ideas on what might work?

This resource will involve some programming so if you are not a Web Developer I would recommend sharing this link with them so they can build this integration for you.
