    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ah ah! Very helpful. Yes, I signed up last week.       <title>Loyalty Dashboard Empty</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently signed up for the loyalty program for my business. I have customers who have signed up for the loyalty program and made purchases. Their activity shows, but the dashboard and sales data are empty.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="inherit"&gt;1) Cleared the cache &lt;/FONT&gt;numerous&lt;FONT face="inherit"&gt;&amp;nbsp;times&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="inherit"&gt;2) I am using the most recent version of Chrome. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="inherit"&gt;3) I have restarted my computer.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="inherit"&gt;4) I have restarted Chrome.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="inherit"&gt;5) I have logged out of my account and logged back in again.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="inherit"&gt;6) I have tried to access the dashboard on different devices; the dashboard remains empty.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="inherit"&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="inherit"&gt;Sincerely,&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="inherit"&gt;Beringia&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/634984"&gt;@beringiaz&lt;/a&gt; thanks for your post. How recently did you sign up? I think the sales data is combined and reported in 30 day/monthly periods. So if you just signed up a week or so ago, you won't see data until the month period is over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you go to Loyalty &amp;gt; Reports &amp;gt; Sales, you'll see the option to sort the report starts at the smallest time frame of 30 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screen Shot 2023-11-03 at 10.55.31 AM.png" style="width: 422px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.squareup.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/40476i49D4EEDBB9ACDBE7/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Screen Shot 2023-11-03 at 10.55.31 AM.png" alt="Screen Shot 2023-11-03 at 10.55.31 AM.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
