Terms for Loyalty Program

Hi There! We currently have our loyalty program set up that you earn a point for each visit, and after 5 visits, you receive 20 dollars off your order. I have a few people that like to try and abuse the program, and will do multiple transactions. Currently on the screen when it prompts it does say there is a minimum spend of 15 dollars, but I'd like to add "one point per day". I cannot find anywhere I can manipulate what is displayed. Thank you!

Most likely what you have in mind is not a feature or option. Everyone has different requirements for their needs however, with Square, there's not always an option or feature that would work. Square does have a Developer Forum which is beyond the scope of this Community - perhaps checking there would be something to consider.

Another option would be to submit a Feature Request here. Note, doing so may produce a positive result however, these things take quite a bit of time and there's no guarantee that the powers in charge will OK it. Trust me, I'm still waiting for the Coupon Option during the Check Process to become an OPTION where as you can either toggle on or off (after all, not everyone wants to offer Coupons). And that request was submitted a few years back.
