Free processing

I've had my account for years. It was my understanding that with each referral you received $1000 in processing and they received a $1000 in processing. I understand that that kicks in after their first square sale. Well, the sales have happened and I'm not receiving the free processing. In fact, I have multiple people who have signed up and I haven't been receiving free processing. I'm just catching this. What am I doing wrong?

You may not be doing anything wrong. The problem might be that the people that signed up did not use your referal Link and just went to Square and signed up. Square would need to know that YOU referred the person to Square. Other than that I am not sure what could be wrong. I would call Square and see if they can let you know if there is a report that shows Free processing. I know I got some free processing but can not figure out where I saw that I was getting the Free processing. Squares Number is in my Signature.
