Loyalty Program - Are you happy with the Square Loyalty Program?

Hi there - I am looking for ideas of how other Boutique Retailers have their loyalty program set up?

I was also wondering if the square loyalty program is easy and user friendly? How long have you used it and are you happy with it? Are there any faults. I'm just nervous with setting up the program if there are going to be major issues like I have had with my POS system. Any imput would be greatly appreciated.

We are very happy with it. We've been using it since Square launched it I think probably about 8 years ago. The first year we opened in 2015 we used a different loyalty program and it was really not that great for many reasons, but mostly because it didn't integrate with square and it required a different device on our counter.

As soon as Square launched the loyalty program, we jumped on, and and have been very happy with it.

Some things that I really like about it is that it is seamless, easy to use, has the ability to do automatic rules such as sending someone a reward for their birthday for instance automatically, or those who have not visited us in a certain amount of time, or those who have come in for the first time.

I love the fact that I can customize and name our points something other than points as well. For us it is butterflies.

We have it set to give everybody one butterfly for every $15 spent and when they get 10 butterflies, they get 20% off up to $20
