Change logo for loyalty signage

Where can I update the logo for the printable loyalty sign? The "BSG" logo I this instance. I cannot figure it out!

To change your logo, you will need to go into your dashboard. Then click Settings/AccountSettings/Business Information/Locations. Then click on your location nickname, scroll down to Branding and change your logo.

That should change it, it states when you change it there it will change receipt, invoices, appointment, booking and marketing, @shopinwrapments.

I've already changed my logo there. It didn't change it on the printable loyalty sign...

That's strange, it should've changed. One other suggestion would be when you download the QR sign, you could always use a photo editor and replace the old logo with your new on. I know it's not a perfect solution, but you would be able get it printed.

If you need help doing it, I can replace it for you if you send the me the logo and the downloaded file.
