I have setup loyalty with 4 tiers. I'd like to offer free shipping as a benefit to the top tier, but I can't seem to locate a configuration that would allow me to tie free shipping to all customers in that tier. Can anyone let me know if this is possible, and if so what is the best way to solution for this?

Hey @ZaraJo. Square Loyalty currently does not have the capability of adding a free shipping reward. Also, it does not have the capability to have tier-specific rewards at all at this time. I know that these sorts of features have been requested, but haven’t heard any announcements that they are being worked on or beta tested at this time. If this is critical to your business now, you’ll probably need to head over to the Square App Marketplace and look for third-party loyalty apps that integrate with your Square account.

@TheRealChipA thanks for the quick feedback. I'm hopefull that tier-specific rewards are on the horizon, in the interim i'll look for a way to work around this why still providing the benefit.
