I have several active coupons. I know for a fact that some have been redeemed, yet on the Coupon page it shows 0 redemptions for all coupons ever. What's wrong here?

Hey @ArtColStl – I understand how frustrating that must be. I’d be happy to look into this further. Could you share how you found out that the coupons were redeemed?

To help investigate this further, could you share the coupons that have been redeemed but aren't showing on the coupon page? The more information you can provide, the better. I’ll be off for the weekend, but I’ll keep an eye out for your reply next week. Thanks!

I currently have 2 active coupons: JWASFREESHIP and NINAONLYFREESHIPPING

The first one has been redeemed once - just yesterday, in fact, yet shows 0 redemptions

The second one is my personal no shipping coupon and I have redeemed it probably a dozen times, yet it shows 0
