      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can also setup an automated email that will. Monitor your customers and email them at a certain time. Below is how to do it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In your Square Dashboard, go to Marketing → Automations.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Choose Create Automation → select Win Back Lapsed Customers.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Set your timeframe (e.g., 60 days without a purchase).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Write your message (thank them, invite them back, include a promo).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Turn the automation on.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Square will then monitor your customer directory and automatically send the email when someone meets the condition.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
