      <title>Cancel loyalty program, but online still sends text messages</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;we recently canceled our loyalty program. We are no longer being charged for it, and the customer no longer sees the screen when they order in store.&lt;BR /&gt;However, I was just notified by a customer that when they order online, they receive a text saying they have so many points. Seems like an error, but has anyone had experience with this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
