    <description>&lt;P&gt;Now that I'm looking at this issue again, I do believe there's a bug here... When using the "Join our rewards program" page which can be accessed by going to Customers -&amp;gt; Marketing -&amp;gt; Contact collection and using the link provided there (for example&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/customer-programs/enroll/pUk43kgEmJmD?utm_medium=copied-link&amp;amp;utm_source=online" target="_blank"&gt;https://squareup.com/customer-programs/enroll/pUk43kgEmJmD?utm_medium=copied-link&amp;amp;utm_source=online&lt;/A&gt;)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The page collects email address and phone number. This does create a contact and stores email/phone but it does NOT enroll this person in the loyalty program. I would still have to click the "Enroll" button for Loyalty on each user we collect with this method.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a difference between "rewards" programs and "loyalty" program?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That would be pretty confusing if so... Seems there is no easy way to collect email and phone and automatically enroll into loyalty.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I want to use a hosted sign-up page to collect customer info so I'm testing this page:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/outreach/XXXXXX/subscribe" target="_blank"&gt;https://squareup.com/outreach/XXXXXX/subscribe&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;which DOES create a customer in the directory, but it doesn't enroll them into the loyalty program. After the customer is created, I still have the option to enroll them into loyalty which I think means this form did not automatically enroll them into loyalty.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We want this process to be automatic so a person doesn't have to go in and enroll each new customer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this possible? Am I doing something wrong?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;First off, when trying to access the link above, nothing does populate. It took me to a&amp;nbsp;"Page Not Found" error page. Is that the correct link?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Secondly, are you referring to your Customer Directory? If so, the Customer Directory is separate from our Loyalty, so customers would not automatically be enrolled. If for example a customer signed up to be a part of Loyalty, then they would be added to your Customer Directory.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please let me know and I can take another look.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, my link above was just an example, I replaced the actual customer ID with XXXX.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Someone helped me find the loyalty sign up page in another post. I really wish Square would let us collect e-mail AND phone number for loyalty so we can send out e-mail newsletters to our customers and not ask them to sign up twice, once with e-mail and again with phone number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I do apologize for the slow response on this! I was waiting to hear back from our Operations teams. I escalated your feedback over to them and they are currently looking into this further. I am not too sure of a current timeline on when I may hear back from them, but if I hear any updates on this, I will keep you posted here promptly!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
