If I create a "lapsed booker" automation, does it send an email to any client who hasn't been in 3 months from the day I activate it or does the 3 months start after a 1st booking following the activation?

I noticed this is your first post here in the Community and didn't want to miss the opportunity to welcome you!

The Lapsed booker automation will send a reminder to any client who has had an appointment with you but hasn't booked in the last 3 months.

The 3 months will be counted from the last appointment they attended rather than from when you activate the automation.

If you activate this automation, the reminder email will automatically include a booking link to make it easy for your clients to come back for a new appointment.
