How to cancel a donors subscription

I had to canceled a monthly subscription from one of our donors by taking out her credit card number from square. She received an email today asking for it to be paid. The money didn’t come out of her account but how do I stop the emails?

Hello @KathyKohl

It's fairly easy to cancel a subscription!

Log in to your Square Dashboard and click Payments > Subscriptions.
Click the subscription you want to cancel.
Under the subscription details, click Cancel subscription at the bottom of Subscription Detail view.
To confirm the cancellation, click Cancel subscription > Done.

Your customer will receive a notification that the subscription has been canceled. The subscription status will now show as Canceled in your Dashboard.
