Are you no longer seeing the reference ID field on customer profiles on your POS device?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So square has decided you cant use reference ID anymore without any explanation. This has made square POS useless to me.&amp;nbsp; Until I find a new platform, this change will cost me thousands of dollars in lost time. THANKS SQUARE!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/429031"&gt;@Jen832&lt;/a&gt;. &amp;nbsp;First, sorry to hear you are having issues with this. &amp;nbsp;You didn’t ask for help, but I’m wondering if we fellow sellers might be able to help you work around this reference ID thing. &amp;nbsp;Honestly, I haven’t gotten “the memo” about Square deciding we can’t use reference ID anymore without explanation. &amp;nbsp;So I have no clue what you are referring to. &amp;nbsp;But it IS possible I, or someone, might be able to keep you from losing thousands of dollars, if you would like us to try to help you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you would like to tap into our many years of experience and knowledge of Square, I would be willing to jump in and be the first to try to help you not lose thousands of dollars. &amp;nbsp;It would be helpful to know how you use reference ID, what you use it for, and how not using it will cost you thousands of dollars. &amp;nbsp;Giving us a scenario to go on — your flow that is now messed up and costing you thousands of dollars — would be a good place to start. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That’s your call of course. &amp;nbsp;If you wouldn’t like us to try to help you and you just want to leave, say so.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
