<title>thread How do I access draft newsletter campaign? in Customer Engagement</title>
    <link>https://community.squareup.com/t5/Customer-Engagement/How-do-I-access-draft-newsletter-campaign/m-p/332536#M1700</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I had created a draft newsletter (presumably during the 30 day trial period--although I am not sure). I had been making updates to the file in preparation to launch newsletter this month. over the past 2 weeks I get the following error message when I click on the draft..."Oh no, something went wrong. It looks like we are experiencing problems on our end." I am ready to sign up for a marketing plan (if I have not already) but am prompted to create a new campaign. I need access to the old, extensive content. Can anyone help with how to rectify. Does SQAURE have a customer service contact?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
