Emails Bouncing

Is anyone else having problems with their emails bouncing? I went from a 2% to 52% bounce rate at the beginning of February and have lost 50% of my sales. I just recently switched to my old service to see if the problem was square ups system and low and behold I didn't have any of them bounce. This is a technical problem on square ups side and they won't accept it! I need help.

Sounds like you have talked to our Customer Success Team, is that correct? We want to make sure we are understanding what the issue is here. It sound like these emails are the ones that are going out to your customer when they place an order? What emails are you specifically referring to? We'd be happy to help if we can get more details.

Yes all outbound gmails through y’all’s service is being bounced. There is technical problems on squareups email service provider

actually it seems y’all figured it out I believe. Back to 2% bounce rate.
