New business here and while there are worse problems to have than being too busy to figure out how to use emails collected from customers at the end of a transaction, I still need to figure out how to do so.

I'm sure it is staring me in the face but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to use those emails collected, to communicate with customers about sales, classes, etc.

With gratitude, please advise.
