I want to create an automated email to send to those who subscribe to my website's new subscribers list. All I see is automation for new customers after a purchase.

@S74 You can set up a repeating email every week and you can select the day and time you want it sent.

1. Make/design your email.

2. The next screen will ask you to select your audience, select all. That way when you have new signups during the week they will be included.

3. The next page will be Send Now or Schedule, select schedule and a window like the photo below will popup.

First section

Select the day you want to send out the email and what time you want it sent.

Second section

Click on Repeat this Campaign.

First box Repeat Every, select 1 then week

Second box End Repeat, from the drop down select On a Specific date

Third box End date, click the drop down and select when you want it to end, you can go as far out as you want on the calendar.

Click Save and Schedule.

After that you should have an automated email that email all your customers, on the same day and time every week.

This set up seems good, but does it send the same email to existing customers every week? They receive the same information again and again?
Is there a way to select new customers - say only 1 week old -to receive the repeating email?

I have this same question, but this doesn't solve it at all for me. I just want to send an automated email ONLY to people when they sign up for my email list, NOT to everyone every week. How do I do that, or is it just not possible?
