Is There a VoIP Feature in Square?

I know there is “Messages Plus” but it doesn’t look like a customer can call you or you can call them.

I’m currently using a VOIP named “OpenPhone” for this.

Can square do this?

Unfortunately a VoIP feature is not available at this time. You are correct about Messages Plus being only for incoming Voicemails, or extra features related to SMS/MMS messages. If you are interested in learning more about Messages Plus, please let me know and I can put you in contact with the appropriate team.

I know you mentioned that you are using "OpenPhone" for this, but we also have the Square Marketplace which may offer another option if you are looking to integrate directly through Square in the meantime.

I also might recommend posting this suggestion on our Ideate platform as a Feature Request at this time. It is a great place to post new ideas, improvements, and suggestions to Square products.
