    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/352606"&gt;@mercury47&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;You can Re-subscribe them from your online dashboard. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Go to:&amp;nbsp;Customers -&amp;gt; Customers -&amp;gt; Directory&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Find the customer and open their directory entry&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Scroll down to the Marketing section, and click the “…” to the right. &amp;nbsp;That should give you the option to subscribe them to email and/or SMS marketing.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Client accidentally unsubscribed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a client complain that they weren't getting any of the holiday promo emails I was sending.&amp;nbsp; I looked at their customer profile, and saw that they unsubscribed from Marketing emails.&amp;nbsp; Is there a way for a customer to re-subscribe to marking emails on their end?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
