Feature to request Google reviews via Square Messages doesn’t list my business.

There was an article from square via https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Product-Updates/New-Collect-Google-Reviews-with-Square-Marketing/ba-p/382770
but now when I try to access it, it says access denied or content moved/removed. Why is that?

This is in regards to the beta feature that enable sellers to request their Google listing reviews directly from Square Messages.

been "beta" for awhile now and no improvement to the feature.

Still I'm unable to find my Google Business listing on the search to link.

Also this feature is only accessible via Square Messages on the web via web browser which is the very least to be used ever, why would it not have been added to the POS, Invoices, and Appointments apps?

That feature is no longer in Beta. It has been rolled out to everyone, so that might be the reason the article no longer is available. Here is a Help Article with steps to set up your Google Business Profile with Square so that you can send out Marketing emails to encourage Google Reviews. I’m not sure if you’ve done this yet, so I’m just mentioning it here.

I can see Square Messages now on my iPad POS, as well as via the Dashboard App. I can’t speak to the Invoices or Appointments Apps, as I don’t use them. But I know the Dashboard App works just fine for Square Messages.

I’m not sure any of this answers your questions, as I got confused about what you were looking for. But I hope some of the spaghetti I threw at the wall here might help.

I wasn’t talking about messages being in beta I was talking about the "request Google review" feature within Square messages. It is in fact still in beta as it displays a blip that says beta.

this feature only appears on the squareup.com/dashboard/ messages, doesn’t appear any where else none, of the apps, nothing
