I sent out an email marketing ad yesterday.

I created and sent out an email marketing ad yesterday. I received notice that the ad was successfully sent. Today (one day later), I looked to find there is no report or record of the advertisement having been sent in the marketing reports area, nor is the ad in drafts.

I used a portion of the ad on Facebook and other platforms, so I know that I wasn't dreaming. Has anyone had this issue before? I had approval by my vendors to use their artwork in my ads, so I don't believe they would have pulled it or reported that I wasn't allowed to use their material. What insight do you have?
