Marketing E-Mail Open History

Is there a way to see a customer's marketing e-mail open history? I have a large e-mail list, and it has a good open rate but I know there are people who haven't opened the e-mail in ages. I don't really want to pay to keep sending it to them, but I don't know how to weed them out.

I appreciate it. If there is not a way to do it (and I kind of suspect there isn't) I would welcome any ideas of how to do it manually!
