How can we track booking conversions and their sources? E.g. Google Ads

We have google ads currently running, but there is no way I can see which ones are leading to confirmed bookings. I can only point them to the booking page, but since it's a widget it won't allow me to redirect once customer completes a booking action on the page. Is there a solution for this that I've missed somewhere? I have been looking but can't see anything.
