How do customers add the discount code

When I make a code for a discount in square marketing it send to them, but I am getting a lot of return messages on where to add the code a discount in check out, any help.

I looked I did not see any where myself.

Hi @kennyl !

Discount codes are entered on either the shopping cart or checkout pages on the site:

The customers enter that six digit code in the Add coupon or gift card field. As far as I know, this isn't a setting we can enable or disable on our page, so if your site doesn't have this entry box I'd reach out to customer support to figure out what happened.
