Square Marketing Text messages not being received

Hello all, Im having issues with most users not receiving our text marketing messages. I have about 185 subscribers and just a handful receives them. I added my self and my partner as an audience to test it out and nope i never receive them. Issue has been happening since January of this year. At first everything was working great and now nothing really works. Even when they first sign up they never receive the welcome offer text messages with the coupon code like when it was working. any help would be appreciated
