How can I automatically capture contact data from my forms and send to MadMimi? We have an account with MadMimi with over 6,000 contacts so I'd like to add to it automatically.

If not what is the best option that works with Weebly/Square?

Hi @buffalogalcolo. Currently MadMimi does not offer a Square integration. But you have two options:

Contact MadMimi and request that they do a third-party integration with Square. Of course, even if they say yes, that won’t help you in the short term, so….
Use Zapier.com to create an automation between Square (whenever you add/change customer information) and MadMimi. Here is a link to the current Square/MadMimi actions that can be automated, and not only can you go from Square -> MadMimi, but you can go from MadMimi -> Square.

You’ll have to create a Zapier account to do this. Hopefully the free tier works for you but, if not, their pricing is reasonable in my opinion. Let me know if your have any other questions.

i spent a little time testing how long the manual export from Square then Add Contacts in Mad Mimi would take and it's not too bad.

BUT I will keep your information if we decide to go the automation route.
