I used a pop-up to collect customer emails and tested it with my own email, but I didn't receive the welcome email. Why?

Hi @Astarry. As far as I’ve ever been able to tell, there is no confirmation email at signup. There is the message shown in the screen shot below, but that’s it.

I did confirm with our team @Astarry that you will need to contact our support team at 1-855-700-6000 squ.re/contactsqsupport. They will need to look at your settings and get some customer information to further assist with this. For account security, we cannot discuss that information with the seller community. When you have a moment please contact the support and they can assist. If you need anything else certainly reach back out.
