Hello, I currently use Squareup for appointment bookings on my Wordpress website.

What would be the most efficient and cost effective way to enter my new client bookings into an external email automation that triggers 2 days after their actual appointment (rather than immediately after the booking is made)?

I currently use Zapier, but I can only seem to work out a trigger for when the initial booking is made, rather than when the appointment date is reached.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I just want to clarify your request to make sure I understand. Are you looking for an option to set up a custom reminder schedule for your client appointments? Or are you hoping to send a custom notification after the appointment, like a reminder to rebook?

Hi Laurie,

I am hoping to add new clients to an email nurturing sequence after the appointment date has passed - eg how was your appointment? Review requests, other offers etc.
