won't let me list items for sale unless posted

I run a car club and we want to presell hoodies for an event online prior to the event. The items will be handed out at the even so postage is not necessary. The items will only be available to those that attend. I cannot set up the items to be purchased unless it has postage attached to them. Surely there is a simple way to get around this?!?!

Hi @ocka ,

Welcome to the seller community.

A couple of things spring to mind.

1 - Under Fullfilment do you have Pickup enabled for your store

2 - Is your shop in 'Buy Now mode' (Under Settings/Advanced) - you cant specify Pickup in buy now mode

3 - For the online item in question(different from the square dashboard items), is pickup enabled as a fullfilment option
