Can't edit an invoice amount

Hi guys! I'm trying to create a test invoice before I create a real one. I can't edit the amount of it. Once I click it, nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

This definitely sounds odd- you should be able to make changes to your invoice until you send it. Are you editing your invoice in-app, or via your Dashboard? Feel free to attach a screenshot, if you can. Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Looks like I needed to create an item first to be able to attach it to an invoice. Is that correct?

Yes, you'll need to add an item, or custom amount to an invoice in order to save it, @Scoopies.
