Is there a way to opt out of or remove the "achievement badges"? We don't need to gamify our POS support. Thanks.

Hey there @Horsefeathers. All of this happens automatically behind the scenes. Currently, there is no way to opt out of it. It’s part of the third-party software that Square uses to run this Community. Honestly, in my 5+ years in the Community the only time I’ve noticed this is when someone else brings it up. Yes, I have dozens of badges because I help a lot of sellers here. But they aren’t important to me and I don’t spend time worrying about them either way. I think that most sellers are the same way.

Thanks. I ask not just because I feel it is unnecessary for vendors to gamify their support boards, but I had to scroll through 28 badges that were "earned" in October of 2024 to get to an old question I posed. It mostly an annoyance. Thanks for the input.
