Have been trying to get account to verify done every thing i have been instructed to no luck

lost tons of money

Are you referring to the step that asks you to verify your identity?

As a general rule with Square, you won't be able to process card payments until you have completed this step. This is a requirement for all Square accounts.

While we're unable to look into specifics on the Seller Community platform, nor are we able to confirm the reason certain individuals fail this step, we have listed the most common reasons you may fail to verify your identity here. Have a read through these troubleshooting steps and if you have attempts remaining, you can try to reenter your information based on this guidance.

If you have exhausted the number of attempts to verify your identity on your first account, please reach out to our Support Team for assistance in releasing your email address from your first account so that you may attempt to sign up again. You get two attempts to create an account with Square (with four attempts to pass identity verification per account).

You can call support on 1800 760 137 (Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm Melbourne time).

The exception to this rule is if you have signed up for a Square account as an Incorporated or Unincorporated Association or Trust. We required specific information to activate these accounts for card processing, and the activation timeframe varies. Please review the linked articles for more information on this process.

Sorry that this is not working out for you. Though you cannot process card payments at this time, you can still use other Square products such as Square Point of Sale to help you run your business.
