This is a requirement for all Square accounts.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;While we're unable to look into specifics on the Seller Community platform, nor are we able to confirm the reason certain individuals fail this step, we have listed the most common reasons you may fail to verify your identity &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/au/en/article/5057-sign-up-troubleshooting" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. Have a read through these troubleshooting steps and if you have attempts remaining, you can try to reenter your information based on this guidance.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have exhausted the number of attempts to verify your identity on your first account, please reach out to our Support Team for assistance in releasing your email address from your first account so that you may attempt to sign up again.
