Magento error message: syncronizing items _ product is not synchronized. Order placement has failed

Customer places order in our store and when they enter the info for the card to proceed and make the payment, thie message above - Product is not synchronized. Order placement has failed. - this comes with all products within the store. this is also a new account

Sorry to hear the issues your customers run into when ordering on your site. Are you using Square's Online store to an eComm partner?

If the latter, have you reached out to them yet so they can take a look?
