completed online square transaction not deposited

Used Square Dashboard to perform a transaction report for January 2023. Exported to CSV,

One set of transactions shows COMPLETED but no DEPOSIT date.

Not sure why this is this case, and amounts not transferred to bank either.

Any help gratefully received.

Hi @kunsangyeshe,

I notice this is your first post, welcome to the square community.

From the looks of the export the transactions in red were cash transactions. As no payment was processed by square (you took cash) there is nothing to deposit. You'll notice also no fees were recorded for these transactions.
