Can't edit taxpayer ID

Hi there, I am playing around Square Online for a client, and trying to enter their taxpayer ID, but I don't see the option to add this information in the settings. I see where to set up tax rates, but I'm lost on where to add their business's taxpayer ID so that it's linked to their registered business account.

In a previous thread, this link was shared as the place to edit taxpayer info. But all it does it take me back to my dashboard. I am wondering what I'm missing to be able to access this page.

You can add your GST/HST/PST/RST/QST number via:

Square Dashboard > Account & Settings > Receipt > Contact Section
