&lt;P&gt;Right now, this would be a Feature Request for the Online Store. Only the owners account is able to access that particular Dashboard.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Won't let me access the store from dashboard</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello! I've received full team member permissions from my client but am still unable to access their dashboard's online store section.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When I click online store and attempt to set it up, after filling out the options it redirects me to a Weebly log-in link where my client's e-mail is auto-populated in the username.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It won't allow me to add my e-mail as the log-in e-mail and the number code given to me by my client won't work as the password.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've attempted to clear my cache and cookies as suggested by Square's support team on the phone but still have the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is there a step I am missing?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
