I have a sign up pop up on my website beechhousestudio.com with square. I an trying to figure out why people who sign up via other methods - my bitly link or the "stay in the loop" box at the bottom of my page,

are coming up as not subscribed? Can you help? Thanks muchly.

Hi @BeechHouseStudi Welcome to the Community. I see what you mean with the newsletter field in your site footer, although I'm not entirely sure if this is working as intended, or if it is a possible bug.
