I have two squares at two locations but the report is joining them together how do I seperate them

Do you have multiple locations defined under your business here:

If so then the reports can be split out via location.

Alternatively see if you can use the device name / device nickname

The following article shows how to assign a device name, then in the reporting you can use device name as a filter/group

There is also a device nickname which is assigned in the dashboard that allows similar functionality.
