Wifi connection with square terminal

Hi , i just joined Square and

i got a issue already.

I am trying to use square terminal .

And at the first when i tried to connect home wifi (which is only for me and secured) it did connect.

But next day it disconnected and when i tried to commect wifi, Square terminal screen showed that if it unsecured public wifi. And i could connect it .

So i tried to connect Square teminal at shop (tpg nbn) , and it was still showing same issue ( unsecured public wifi) .

In this case, What should i do?
I haven’t set setting on terminal, then better make reset and try again?

Please hope that i can get a asnwer ans solve this ..

The Square Terminal cannot be connected to a captive portal network or unsecured networks. A captive portal is a network that requires you to agree to terms or conditions to access the internet connection, which are common at public internet access points, such as shopping centres or airports, for example.

In order to process payments, a secure internet connection is necessary. Unsecured and captive networks do not meet the level of security necessary for card payment processing. You can use your personal phone hotspot, or even consider getting a wifi dongle with a sim card to connect your Square Terminal to the internet securely when you're taking payments out and about.
