How to set up online store all in English ?

Hi, I was just new to Square Online. Set up Online store last month in English. Our customer sent us the screenshot of Order confirmation and Receipt in Japanese.

Checked our setting, Language preference was English. However, dietry, location and order confirmation was by Japanese.

Anyone help me to switch to All English ? Thank you !!

That's wild I haven't heard of this before. Do you have a screenshot of it?

Yes We do have. Tried to upload here, but couldn't. Displayed "You do not have permission to upload images." 😂

Never mind. Made it.

Please see the First screenshot. All words we typed were all English. Dietery preference and Contains the following were by Japanese. Also, the second one was the customer receipt by Japanese, only delivery date and time was by English.
