Unable to create online store

Hello,

I am trying to create the online store but this just keeps spinning around.

I’ve tried Safari, Firefox and Chrome browsers but none work.

This is the last part I need to do.

I selected selling products and tickets and selected shipping then next and it took me to this page but never builds the online store for me.

Any help is appreciated.
