Can’t save when creating a new item

Why is the ‘save’ button Grey when I try to create a new item? It is usually red. It will let me enter information about the new item, but I can’t save the item???

I haven't seen that before but can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Make sure that all the required info is filled up. Can you share a snapshot?
