How do we determine which product region to sell only to? Some are shipping only to US.

Let me guess, do I have to do a separate section? Or put in the description?

There is no specific region that you are restricted to shipping to. Many of our seller sellers actually ship to multiple regions are are able to accommodate a wide range of sellers.
