Manual order entry

Hello, new here. I’ve tried reaching out to support unsuccessfully.

our site template is Square for Restaurants. We are a bakery with delivery.

we receive orders online, print them and post them in a board because some items take 2 days prep.

Some customers order in person, and pay when they pick up - sometimes a few days later.

some customers order through social media messaging, phone, text and email. I would like to enter these into the system and print them the same as online orders (currently handwriting orders and that’s not effective).

is there a way you can see (or a workaround) to manually enter orders, without the need to capture payment? Is there an app I need to add?

I feel like this should be an easy thing and am surprised at the difficulty I’m having!

Welcome to the Community. That's a great question!

With Open Tickets, you can create, save, and edit an order before completing a sale on your iPad or Android tablet. You can also print a bill before closing a ticket.
