Canada to USA $ CAD to USD Conversion

I own a shop in Canada and my USA customers are saying that when they purchase on my website it does not convert from CAD to USD .

USA dollar is higher then CAD so they would get items cheeper because of the market dollar . But it’s not converting to the USD price they should be paying come check out and even on their statements .

At this time, If your Square Account is activated in Canada we will complete all transactions globally in your local currency. That means that all transactions will appear in CAD no matter where your customers purchase from.
