Verify Now button on Dashboard brings me back to the Dashboard

I tried creating an account a couple of years ago and never completed the process. I decided to pick it up again and found myself at the button on the dashboard (Step 5 of 6) labelled "Verify Now". When I click it, it appears to try and contact Weebly but then ultimately redirects me back to my dashboard. How can I get out of this endless loop and actually start the process to verify my identity?
